This movement isn’t asking permission.

It’s making history.

At 3D Youth Coaching & Development, we exist to help young people reclaim who they are and rewrite what they’re capable of becoming. Our mission is to equip underestimated youth with identity-rooted leadership tools that turn trauma into transformation and promise into purpose.

This movement is personal. It was born from a promise made to myself, Artrice V. Scott, at just 15 years old in a juvenile courtroom. After a judge declared pain over my future, she declared something back: “I will deliver people like me from people like you.”

That promise became a mission. Artrice didn’t become a lawyer but she became a soldier, a speaker, and a strategic voice for change. Her lived experience as a foster youth, justice involved teen, police officer, and military leader fuels every message, workshop, and activation we bring to youth today.

We don’t fix people. We don’t teach performance. We teach presence. We help youth excavate the truth of who they are and walk in their superpower.

Discern. Decide. Dominate. Because the future belongs to those bold enough to lead from their authentic idenity.
